The 850nm In-line Polarizer is designed to pass light with one specific polarization while blocking the other polarization. It can be used to convert no-polarized light into polarized light with high extinction ratio. It can also be used to enhance the extinction ratio of signals with its excellent polarization properties. It is ideal for high-speed communication systems and test instrumentation where high polarization extinction ratio is required.
The 850nm SM Dual Fiber Collimator is the basic element for in-line fiber optics components, such as Circulators and WDM. It has low PDL, low insertion and high return loss. The unique processing and high-quality AR coating also enable this collimator to handle high power.
If you do not see a standard Fiber Collimator that meets your needs, we welcome the opportunity to review your desired specification and quote a custom Fiber Collimator. Requests for custom fiber pigtails, different wavelengths and handling power of operation or other specific needs will be readily addressed.

Description: 850nm SM Dual Fiber Collimator, 5mm working distance ,0.5W hand power, Transmission type, C lens, CS780 sm fiber, bare fiber, 1.0m fiber length, and no connector, package dimension:2.78x9mm. Used in pairing
If you need to customize other specifications, please provide detailed description for your requirement.
1.Definition of working distance:
If used for pairing, it is the distance between two lenses.
If used alone, it is twice the distance between the lens and the target object.
2. Waist Beam Diameter: Ideally, it mostly refers to the spot diameter at the waist position (1/2 working distance).
3.Once the C-lens collimator is produced, the waist position has already been fixed, so measuring the spot diameter at different positions will have different values waist beam diameter. So the C-lens collimator cannot be considered a true collimator, it can only be considered a type of focusing device. Some parameters of the collimator, such as divergence angle, focal length, etc., are not applicable to C-lens collimators. When we make conventional collimators, we only consider the working distance, and the spot diameter is generally less than 0.5mm, unless we design C-lenses separately.
4.Back Focal Length: The distance between the lens and the end-cap(glass ferrule). By changing the back focal length of C-lens, the position of the waist can be adjusted within a certain range, resulting in different working distances.
